Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Handle daily general clerical duties including correspondence activities.
  • Communicate with customers to collect required information.
  • Responsible for customers’ inquiries and issues whether by telephone calls or by emails.
  • Maintaining data entry activities in sales systems.
  • Assist sales force in reporting and other activities.
  • Overseeing the company's website and update its data.
