Job Description
Welcome, pick up customers at airport, hotel or at appointed places timely , Well cooperate with the foreign leaders
- Provide Pre tour and safety briefing efficiency
- Prepare and collect tour documents including tour itinerary,
- Feedback form, suppliers’ contacts and other related requirements for the tour Take care the group and 24hours/day
- well handling all the issues happening during the trip Well connect all the group
- Provide general information, explanation regarding tour destinations, visiting sites as well as culture, country facts, local tradition and other related to tour requirement Ensuring that the tour is running smoothly
- Manage and prioritize safety for the trip, solve problems on spots
- Provide and collect feedback forms and return to operation staffs
