Job Description

  • In depth diagnose printers problems
  • Determine cause and Isolate problem.
  • Determine the defective Spare Part (if required).
  • Create CRM’s Forms and follow the work-flow cycle.
  • Update CRM case.
  • Keeps customer updated to their cases.
  • Support Interact customers either onsite, over the phone, remotely or as outsourcing staff

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Printer Software and Hardware diagnosis skills is preferred
  • Basic network troubleshooting is a must
  • Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
  • Ability to work under pressure
