So what do we do?

Well, our two Directors started their IT business back in 2011 and today have over 90 Consultants who they work with to provide solutions, design processes and manage/ deliver transformation programmes to our customers. Basically, they are smart problem solvers with a tonne of IT experience deeply passionate about servicing our customers most important IT challenges. We have recently established our Cairo based business to complement our growing and dynamic business in Europe and offshore.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a company where they can work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a role where you will be exposed to all facets of the recruitment lifecycle. A job where you can role your sleeves up and be accountable for the following:

  • Handle the end to end recruitment process including screening of cvs, selecting potential candidates for initial interviews, phone screening and preparing short lists
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to identify the most appropriate and cost efficient recruitment methods
  • Advertise all vacancies internally through the company’s network and externally through various sourcing channels
  • Schedule technical interviews for short listed candidates with the Line Manager
  • Gather and collect relevant job descriptions and positions specifications for recruiting and evaluate potential candidates
  • Maintain the end to end recruitment process via our Zoho Recruit applicant tracking system
  • Various recruitment/HR related project work

Job Requirements

The skills you need to be a success:

  • Minimum 4 years recruitment experience
  • Excellent English ( Spoken & Written)
  • Experience working in a Technology environment essential
  • On and offshore recruitment experience in Egypt and the UK/Europe essential
  • Excellent candidate management skills and a passion for people
  • Understanding of Egyptian Labor law
  • General knowledge of HR best practices
  • You are super organized
  • You love to communicate and share information
