Job Description

  • Assist in the day to day operation and management of the company cars.
  • Provide administrative back up to the facilities team as and when required.
  • Track vehicle/equipment mileage and operating hours.
  • Schedule maintenance and repair work.
  • Assist with vehicle titles and registrations.
  • Prepare transfers and pay fuel invoices.
  • Obtain and record Purchase orders.
  • Time entry and tracking.
  • Enter and file repair orders.
  • Obtain permits and dispatch.
  • Perform daily supervision on the housekeeping and security teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of any field.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
  • Requires the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Must be able to work with limited supervision.
  • This position requires a positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
