Job Description
- Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential sales outlets (mainly T/As ).
- Initiate and develop a strong relationship with T/Os through direct follow up ( sales visits and phone calls )
- Determine customers' needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.
- Give live updated presentations to T/A staff members in order to be able to handle objections and convince customers to buy.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquires using appropriate methods such as email, phone calls and visits.
- Prepare weekly sales visits plan according to the policy / trend adopted at that period
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly objectives .
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Meets financial objectives by following up collections from the clients upon scheduled payment.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
- Develop and create ideas for direct mail and marketing to major operators and major accounts by main market segments and sectors.
- Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, skills and techniques.
Job Requirements
- Previous sales experience is a must.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent time management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets.
- Confident, self driven, dynamic and loves to learn
- Good presentation / communication skills are essential .
