Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute demonstrations and presentations in response to market opportunities, client and internal requirements.
- Presenting the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face or as required.
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually.
- Monitor/report customer support for technical solutions for currently enrolled clients and alerts sales team to potential opportunities or potential threats.
- Research the market for being up to date with the latest Ed trends/Projects.
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
- Provide coaching and professional development to other team members in order to enhance their product knowledge, and technical sales skills
Job Requirements
- Should be a University graduate.
- Car owner and Flexible in traveling to governorates in Egypt and conducting sessions.
- Male graduates are needed in the Training and Development department
- Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Training Skills.
- Presentation skills
- Computer skills.
- Strong and confident communicator
