Job Description

  • Handle mail processing
  • Telephone processing
  • Handles all communications
  • Prepare correspondence
  • Organizing meetings
  • Organizing direct manager appointments
  • Receiving direct manager's visitors travel arrangement Organizing admin archives
  • Follow-up of the administration’s work (identifies the topics that need follow-up, reviews the follow-up file daily, takes the appropriate action to follow up on the topic, saves the topic in its own file after its completion.)
  • Coordination to obtain management requirements Provides materials and supplies.
  • The purchase order is for devices and tools that are not available in the administration.
  • Receiving materials and supplies for management.
  • Attends petty cash for management.
  • Use of MS Office computer applications
  • Processes data and text using the word, excel
  • Create slideshows using PowerPoint software

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work on different tasks at the same time
  • Excellent Appearance
  • Good Command of English & Computer
  • University Degree with 0-2 years of experience
  • Fluency in English speaking and writing
  • Professional in the field of secretarial the ability to handle work stress
  • Full knowledge of using computer programs
  • Age between 22 - 40 Years old
