- Handle mail processing
- Telephone processing
- Handles all communications
- Prepare correspondence
- Organizing meetings
- Organizing direct manager appointments
- Receiving direct manager's visitors travel arrangement Organizing admin archives
- Follow-up of the administration’s work (identifies the topics that need follow-up, reviews the follow-up file daily, takes the appropriate action to follow up on the topic, saves the topic in its own file after its completion.)
- Coordination to obtain management requirements Provides materials and supplies.
- The purchase order is for devices and tools that are not available in the administration.
- Receiving materials and supplies for management.
- Attends petty cash for management.
- Use of MS Office computer applications
- Processes data and text using the word, excel
- Create slideshows using PowerPoint software
Job Requirements
- Ability to work on different tasks at the same time

- Good Command of English & Computer
- University Degree with 0-2 years of experience
- Fluency in English speaking and writing
- Professional in the field of secretarial the ability to handle work stress
- Full knowledge of using computer programs
- Age between 22 - 40 Years old
