Job Description
- Allotting daily works to through Supervisors to the Pairing operators, Packing operators
- Getting the packing plan executed in Pairing (Inspection) & Packing
- Co-coordinating priorities of packing orders to confirm to Dispatch priorities, On-Time-In-Full Dispatches (OTIF)
- Regular monitoring & following FIFO to the best possible extent
- Review packing orders and it packaging material availability
- Motivate manpower for high productivity, provide means of training
- Ensure discipline & clean work area - tables, racks, floor, follow up daily
- Report production, efficiencies, wastage & deviations
- Monitor feedback from QA & defects & train people to improve upon the inspection & packing methods
- Manage manpower in the Pairing & Packing depts up to FG.
- Keep stock reports ready at all stages in the dept
- Take meetings & plan internal flow of works
- Control & monitor absenteeism - co-ordinate with HR & management where necessary
- Follow, implement the safety & compliance norms on the work areas as per requirements
Job Requirements
- Familiarity/willing to operate in ERP system, Very good knowledge of MS Office, English & email ethics
- Graduated
- Experience in textile is a must
- Males Only
- Very good English
- Max Age : 30 Years
