Job Description
- Oversees all company accounts and investments.
- Creates daily, monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
- Manages cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
- Supervises and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants.
- Motivates and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback.
- Suggests updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing.
- Ensures that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
- Establishes and implement financial reporting systems to comply with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
- Develops budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
- Reviews all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.
- Examines all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies.
- Creates systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.
- Reports to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information.
- Assists the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
- Establishes and implements financial reporting systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in a business or finance environment
- Budgeting and forecasting process experience.
- Managing the order to cash process, as well as the clerical functions within the finance department.
- Management experience
- Leadership skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Understanding of data privacy standards.
