Job Description
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for upcoming projects
- Assist purchasing team in quotations activities like price and delivery negotiations
- Develop and maintain good customer relationship by personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails etc.
- Conduct marketing campaigns, trade shows, job fair etc. in order to increase company’s recognition.
- Assist the management in budgeting activities
- Conduct and document site visits
- Analyze potential and existing markets in order to identify business opportunities
- Regularly provide updates on the market competition analysis and knowledge to management
- Prepare presentations and proposals on effective development of business opportunities
- Provide support to marketing team, in the area of developing strategies
Job Requirements
- Degree of a Bachelor of Engineering
- 1-5 years’ experience in the water treatment, waste water treatment and/or desalination fields
- Must be proficient in English and Arabic, written and spoken
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Must possess effective communication and writing skills to negotiate and dialogue with clients/customers and suppliers
- Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must have the ability to recognize opportunities and manage budgets effectively
- Must be able to complete several tasks together and meet with deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to be self-motivated
- Ability to cope with stress and effectively prioritize tasks
