Job Description
- Responsible for Execution and follow up all importing orders.
- Responsible for following up suppliers accounts and cash flow with financial department.
- Responsible for searching for new suppliers with best quality and reasonable price.
- Responsible for development of new products with R&D department.
- Handling Import daily operations.
- Keeping good records and documentation.
- Capable of anticipating and improvising so as fulfill unexpected users needs & communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Manage data for international shipments, proactively communicate with agents & customers about shipment progress
- Input and maintain details into the operations system regarding each shipment, track cargo, maintain invoices and follow up as needed
Job Requirements
- B.sc of Engineering (Electronics - Mechatronics) from a governmental university.
- Fresh graduates - Males only
- Fast learner & organised.
- Outstanding Presentation Skills.
- Accountability and Responsibility.
- Work under pressure.
- Excellent Computer skills .
