Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working with all company projects.
  • Receiving customer complaints and trying to solve the problems and forwarding them to the concerned manager.
  • Accepting clients’ requests such as Deliverable and abandonment minutes, electricity requests, discharges, bank statements, and technical modification, and selling garages)
  • Preparing and sending clients’ letters.
  • Coordinating with the site to deliver the units to the client.
  • Follow up clients’ inquires through the phone.
  • Follow up with the casual workers for the technical modifications.

Reports:

  • Collecting all the deliverable from (minutes- offenses- electricity agreement and abandonment contracts) and submitting it to direct line manager and other department (Finance).
  • Submitting monthly reports to the direct line manager to clarify what is achieved as abandonment, and submitting minutes and claims during the month.

Job Requirements

  • High Degree.
  • Excellent Computer Skills.
  • Communication Skills.
