Job Description
- Coordinate work schedule, resource requirements, assuring the quality and following progress of the project
- Coordinate scrum team activities, and ceremonies to support the delivery capability of scrum teams.
- shares with management long-term / short-term vision for the product
- Identifies any communication issue with a solution to resolve it.
- Give us feedback when something is not clear for the team and himself.
- Influence team members to elevate scrum team performance to the next level.
- Lead and participate in critical technical, design, and product discussions with leaders across our product, operations, bizdev and engineering teams.
- Own success of team's projects and deliver quantifiable results in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical, working experience (5+ years preferred).
- 1-2+ year(s) managing engineering teams.
- Experience collaborating with designers, and other engineering leaders.
- Experienced in the delivery of projects in an agile environment
- Proven experience in negotiating and organizing project deliverables within a complex business environment in order to manage stakeholder’s expectations.
