Job Description
- Takes employees’ calls regarding any related benefits inquiries/issues.
- Gathers the needed data/documentation for processing employees’ benefits.
- Receives the employees’ medical cards in order to be distributed to them in all Raya Contact Center’s sites.
- Resolves any issues related to the employees’ medical cards. Handles the case of having a family addition to the medical cards.
- Activates mobile lines for employees.
- Collects Premium Cards applications by the employees.
- Coordinates with Egycare to issue medical cards for newly hired employees.
- Informs Egycare with resigned employees to terminate their subscription.
- Prepares the monthly mobile allowances and deductions reports. - Performs other related benefits duties.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources.
- 0-2 year of business experience in the human resources field.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Intermediate level in English
- Good understanding of HR functions, especially the payroll administration function
