Job Description

  • Takes employees’ calls regarding any related benefits inquiries/issues.
  • Gathers the needed data/documentation for processing employees’ benefits.
  • Receives the employees’ medical cards in order to be distributed to them in all Raya Contact Center’s sites.
  • Resolves any issues related to the employees’ medical cards. Handles the case of having a family addition to the medical cards.
  • Activates mobile lines for employees.
  • Collects Premium Cards applications by the employees.
  • Coordinates with Egycare to issue medical cards for newly hired employees.
  • Informs Egycare with resigned employees to terminate their subscription.
  • Prepares the monthly mobile allowances and deductions reports. - Performs other related benefits duties.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources.
  • 0-2 year of business experience in the human resources field.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
  • Intermediate level in English
  • Good understanding of HR functions, especially the payroll administration function
