Job Description
- Monitoring and tracking late search requests with our court researchers
- Resolving resourcing issues with orders from his superior
- Assistance in our Research operations and Q/A process
- Monitoring all internet resources to maintain lead demand development
- Following up on all late requests until they are complete.
- Update and maintain current data entry of target demographics
- including: responsible party/insurance/facility/referring provider and any other information pertaining general information.
- Data management and processing referrals in assigned territory for all ancillary specialties.
- Works under time restraints and follows a multiple step process from start to finish.
- Stays organized and keeps up with the pace of the territory to ensure all material is loaded to the database server
Job Requirements
- 0 – 2 years of working experience related to search or data entry.
- Good search tools and Microsoft office skills.
- English, very good in written and spoken.
- Attention to details.
