Job Description
- Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and manage a team of administrative or support staff.
- Organize meetings and managing databases.
- Manage travel booking, transportation and accommodation.
- Organize PR events, conferences and media communication.
- Manage all office supplies by acting as Contract Holder with suppliers.
- Supervise and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
- Manage office budgets
- Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems.
- Organize and manage induction programs for new staff.
- Ensure that office HSE policies are implemented and updated.
- Attend meetings with senior management.
- Assist the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and handle on-boarding.
Job Requirements
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Knowledge of software packages.
- Good interpersonal and time management skills.
- Previous office-based, secretarial or customer-facing work experience is essential.
- Fluent in English is a must, other languages will be adding value.
