Job Description

  • Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and manage a team of administrative or support staff.
  • Organize meetings and managing databases.
  • Manage travel booking, transportation and accommodation.
  • Organize PR events, conferences and media communication.
  • Manage all office supplies by acting as Contract Holder with suppliers.
  • Supervise and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
  • Manage office budgets
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems.
  • Organize and manage induction programs for new staff.
  • Ensure that office HSE policies are implemented and updated.
  • Attend meetings with senior management.
  • Assist the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and handle on-boarding.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative role.
  • Knowledge of software packages.
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Previous office-based, secretarial or customer-facing work experience is essential.
  • Fluent in English is a must, other languages will be adding value.
