Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Driving traffic for Social Media Specialty (Instagram, Twitter and Snap Chat)
  • Identifying which metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to focus on.
  • Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs.
  • Analyzing the data and users’ feedback.
  • Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, marketing, top management)
  • Driving traffic to our website, landing pages, social media, app.
  • Working on a lean startup process
  • Working with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue)
  • Prioritizing growth channels.
  • Optimizing channels.
  • Scaling and Automating the growth processes.
  • Create new leads and retain customers through online marketing.
  • Manage paid search, paid social, and sales channels.
  • Increase social media and SEO optimization.
  • Analyze digital traffic audiences, user experiences, and conversions to drive customer sales.
  • Develop customer satisfaction surveys to garner feedback and insights to help improve our services and offerings.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Thorough knowledge of google ad words, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Linkedin and Snap Chat post boosting and ads.
  • 2+ years of digital marketing and B2B experience with digital marketing campaigns, web analytics and paid media programs, marketing automation tools, content distribution and syndication tools, email, sms, social media, and mobile driving exceptional brand engagement and revenue
  • Prior experience in formulating and executing digital marketing strategies with the voice of the brand
  • Experience with CRM application is a plus
  • Experience with Social insights tools like Facebook Reports, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics and Pinterest Analytics a plus
  • Independent self-starter; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; enthusiast
  • Having a startup mindset.
  • Being data-driven.

  • Having an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Editing and copy-writing skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Pursuing growth and knowledge
  • Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth.
  • Experienced with growth hackings tools such as Optimizely for A/B Testing, MailChimp for email marketing campaigns and HubSpot for CRM, sales and marketing purposes
