Job Description
- Manage and create marketing content and designs on an on-going basis to deliver the strategic marketing plan including social media, advertising, collaterals, articles, emails, social media, presentation decks to drive leads and brand awareness.
- Create a social media posts plan using the editorial calendar.
- Design social media posts.
- Monitor and engage in relevant development discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing and potential customers.
- Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, Facebook,linkedin,instgram,Google+,YouTube, etc.).
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
- Deliver routine analytics to senior management illustrating key measurement metrics and how they stack up to our competitors.
- Launch and optimize social media marketing campaigns.
- Support product positioning of the existing portfolio and new product launches.
- Product messaging that addresses our customer’s highest and most complex business and application challenges.
- Assist with event marketing efforts to create event marketing strategies, produce signage, event collateral and promotion.
- Develop growth marketing processes, customer segmentation's, personas and cross-channel experiences.
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth and SEO strategies.
- Work on Performance Marketing planning and execution using cutting edge marketing, data and analytics technologies.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience managing digital marketing in-house, or at an agency.
- Previous experience in digital advertising is a must.
- Previous experience in displaying is a plus.
- Previous experience in graphic design is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, etc. Basic knowledge of HTML and content management systems is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English Fluency is a must.
- Understanding the value selling concept. Ability to help identify, communicate and support new business opportunities.
- Ability to understand and communicate market trends and specific customer needs.
