Job Description
- Answer and direct phone calls to the right channel.
- Greet and welcome visitors/ direct them to correct destination.
- Respond to general inquires.
- Handle all the day-to-day correspondences, faxes, letters, and emails.
- Keeping the reception area tidy.
- Provide administrative services for the executive management.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
