Accountant

Job Summary:
We are a promising startup running a portfolio of business lines within F&B, Fashion and Social
Commerce. We are looking to hire an Accountant who will be responsible for providing
financial information to the company’s management by researching and analyzing accounting
data, preparing financial reports and work closely with different stakeholders.

• Reporting to: Top Management
• Main Roles and Responsibilities:
• Build the basis of the company’s accounting system
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Summarize the current financial status by collecting information, preparing different
• Financial statements such as the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow and others
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounting information
• Prepare customer statements, bills and invoices, and reconcile expenses
• Maintain and manage relationships with different stakeholders such as banks, vendors, clients, etc.
