Job Description
General Description
- Ensuring all specifications in the contract are met and achieved. He/ She acts as a bridge between customer and the company to make sure that all standards are being followed
Essential
- Sales Forecast analysis
- Prepare Cash flow reports
- Prepare claims
- Negotiate prices and time with Factory/MELCO and other 3rd parties
- Coordinate with inspection companies and factory , negotiate prices, payments and certificate issue
- Follow-up projects execution process from issuing PO until final installation to ensure smooth operation
Reports
- Pending projects analysis
- Weekly claims analysis
Marginal
- Coordinate with customs/installation department to solve any problem might occur and might delay the project
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering mechatronics / Electrical is preferred)
- A working knowledge of Elevators industry or any related industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Contract/Subcontract Administration and/or procurement
- Fluent English
- Customer-service orientation
- Understand all aspects of the contracting process and technical requirements
- Commercial sense is a must.
- Able to establish strong working relationships with a wide range of people
- Team player
- Well-organized
- Capable of meeting deadlines
- Good Maths and IT skills
