elmenus is a venture-backed food discovery startup based in Egypt that serves over 1 Million monthly users. We are building a platform that combines a social, visual and personalized experience to help people discover and order the food they will love. We received a 1.5 Million USD in venture capital in mid 2017 to help us grow faster in the huge global market of food discovery. We are looking for the smartest, most impactful and passionate people to join our food loving team.

We are always excited to help out restaurants grow by offering them efficient and highly targeted products. We continuously enhance our understanding of the restaurant industry and think of ourselves as enablers of restaurants of all sizes that make great food but need to reach the right audience.

We are hiring Sales Executive (Restaurant) who will be the restaurant’s trusted advisor: develop deep expertise on the F&B industry and advise restaurants on how to best utilize our products and services to help reach their most passionate customers. Your primary responsibilities:

  • Meeting restaurant owners and marketing managers to hear about their business and explain how our products can solve their problems
  • Close deals on an ongoing basis that maximize value for our clients
  • Contact new restaurants of different segments to introduce elmenus solutions to them
  • Increase revenue and retention rate for your accounts
  • You get to meet some of the best restaurants in town and develop long lasting relationships with industry leaders
  • You get to work with a diverse team at elmenus to develop new products that meet our client’s needs based on feedback you collect

Job Requirements

  • Smart, motivated, with some background in sales, marketing or business development
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and analytical skills
  • Genuine passion and understanding of different online advertising models and up to date with the latest mobile and web technology trends
  • Have a knack for closing deals and partnerships
  • Proficiency with basic Microsoft office tools a must
