Job Description
- Managing all marketing activities in the company
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Work on increasing the potential customers database and attract more new customers
Customer Service :-
- Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Leading or supervising a team of customer service staff.
- Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
- Managing a team of customer services staff.
- Handling face-to-face inquiries from customers.
- Handling Orientations and Clients Visits.
- Handling communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face for the team.
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department.
- Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service.
- Monitor relationships with existing customers.
- Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs.
Job Requirements
- Real Estate Back Ground id a MUST .
- Females ONLY
- Sheikh zayed OR 6 OF October residence preferably .
- Having experience in real estate marketing especially in Residential Projects.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media
- Certificate in Marketing is must
- Bachelor’s degree of any discipline
- Customer service background is a must
- Experience From 4 - 8 years
