Job Description
- The targeted General Manager will set with the board the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
- Will be responsible for approving the rollout plan of the company and the possible expansion plans.
- Plan, direct and coordinate various aspects of operations
- Ensure that all operations run smoothly and according to industry standards and the company's policies & Procedures
- Ensure that the vendors and suppliers are properly compensated and continue to meet the needs of the company
- Understand the financial tools and resources available/needed to the company
- Monitor the financial performance of the company and assure that the P & L objectives are met
- Monitor the performance and achievements of the employees
- The General Manager also directs people to achieve various goals and targets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Retail background is a must
- MBA is a great advantage
- Excellent command of English language
- Outstanding problem solving and creativity skills
- Solid knowledge of local retail market
