About the Job
  • Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
  • Prepare action plans daily, weekly and monthly sales for officials to show them sales and identify target markets areas.
  • Meeting daily with sales representatives to discuss all the developments related to sales operations
  • Accompany sales representatives during their tours to make sure the good performance of the sales process in the markets and to provide guidance and feedback to the delegates, intended to develop and improve their performance Bearish
  • Analysis of the performance areas of sales in the markets targeted by salespeople and develop appropriate plans for the development of those areas and submitted to the Director of Sales
  • Analyzing and studying competitors report, which includes new varieties of competitors and prices of competitors varieties and size of sales to competitors in the market
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring the provision of salespeople to the best sales services.
  • Continuous coordination with the distribution department for the delivery of goods to customers in a timely and return any unwanted goods or Tull accordance with the policy laid down
  • Follow-up customer accounts and collections company has to avoid the accumulation of dues and indebtedness
