Job Description

We are looking for a presentable, warm, responsible, honest admissions officer who will be responsible of:

  • Tours on campus.
  • Front office duties.
  • Communication with parents.
  • Administrative duties.
  • Assisting staff and monitoring staff attendance.
  • Taking phone calls and answering any questions inquires
  • Preparing & writing calendar for every month from one month before.
  • Handling any problems in a diplomatic way.
  • Offering parents to fill the questioner when required.

Working hours & working days:

  • From 9 Am to 5 Pm.
  • Working from Sunday to Thursday.
  • Three months probation period.
  • 21 days after the probation period.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Familiarity with office organization.
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent command of English language.
