Job Description
- Interact with shop drawing sub-contract for design quality and schedule control.
- Review of shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire-fighting.
- Solving technical problems on site.
- Solving technical problems with suppliers.
- contracts, offers, schedules, and invoices.
- Material Control & Quantity surveying.
- Preparing Material Submittals.
- Following up with mechanical suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in design.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid networking and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
- Fluent in English
