About the Job
Main Job Duties:
- Approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business, as well as maintaining good relationships with clients.
- Organizing appointments and meetings with doctors in their hospital-based health care staff.
- Identifying and establishing new business with health-care members (Doctors, Hospitals) by offering detailed calls about our services and business.
- Meeting both the business and scientific needs of health-care professionals maintaining detailed records. Attending and Organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Reviewing sales performance, writing reports and Promotional prospects.
- Progression can be into senior sales/managerial roles or into related employment areas such as marketing.
- Negotiating contracts, negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
- Undertaking relevant researches when needed.
- Keeps -up to date with products/ services development.
- Demonstrated experience working efficiently within a team environment.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented.
- A team player who is able to lead as well as follow,
- Good listening skills with the ability to analyze and discuss.
- Maintains and expands relationships with existing clients. Builds a long term relationship with targets new clients.
- Demonstrates the company's portfolio of services, in excellent manner to prospective clients.
- Uses different sources actively to generate new highly qualified sales leads.
- Works with the products managers to feed them back about our solutions and services to match targeted client needs.
- Manage time and prioritize work tasks
- Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face.
- Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize meet deadlines and focus on details.
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
- Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
