Job Description
- Assist clients with implementation and training Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics AX application consulting customers.
- Train end users in specific modules of Microsoft Dynamics AX application
- Provide post-sales support as needed.
- Collect requirements, analyze businesses and execute process workshops.
- Identify, develop and integrate ERP solution to meet predefined requirements interacting with clients, sales and technical consultants.
- Participate in all ERP implementation steps as assigned.
- Consult client to collect all relevant data for implementation.
- Prepare necessary project documentations associated with implementation like manuals, customer query data, issue logs and their resolution.
- Identify and develop business processes and demonstrate good report writing skills.
- Implement ERP Software.
- Develop and enforce collaborative working relationships with customers.
- Lead process reviews and application configuration discussions with clients.
Job Requirements
- Must Bachelor of Accounting and Business administration (Accounting section preferable).
- Minimum (3) years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX Implementations.
- Work on local and international ERP package (preferable).
- High level of communications skills is must.
- Excellent appearance.
- Fluency in English language.
- Driving license (preferable).
