Job Description

  • Handle administration tasks
  • Communicate with different company employees in different positions
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues, Operate office equipment such as fax machines, & Scanners.
  • organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
  • Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Letter writing

Job Requirements

  • More than 1 year of experience.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Excellent English and Arabic typing.
  • Multi-tasking and time management capability.
  • Integrity and professionalism.
