Job Description

  • Managing cash transactions regarding receipts and disbursement.
  • Ensure the verification and supporting documents related to transactions.
  • Maintain registers and records.
  • Solving all cash queries compiled with company policies.
  • Documents and recommends financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
  • Develop periodic reports for management
  • Keep up with financial policies, regulation, and legislation
  • Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures

Job Requirements

  • Experience 3-5 years in accounting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to execute multiple orders of assignments without errors.
  • Good command of English
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Degree in Accounting
