Job Description

  • Contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Market research- identify market opportunities and gain a better understanding of customer needs, also understand competitors’ strengths and weaknesses in order to take action to protect business with existing customers or win business from weaker competitors.
  • Sales analysis of existing products and identifies gaps in the product range where there may be opportunities for the company.
  • Recommend innovative and creative marketing approaches for revenue growth.
  • Plan campaigns and develop communications material to promote products and services to customers and prospects.
  • Recommend marketing techniques and tactics based on changing business demands.
  • Develop field marketing plans for improving sales and profitability.
  • Plan advertising campaigns, develop e-mail marketing programs, create promotional content for the company website.
  • Prepare presentations for the sales team and supplies them with stocks of promotional material to give to customers and prospects.

  • Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis/weekly basis.

  • Attend campaign briefings and trainings.

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our client’s requirement of products and services we deliver.

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client’s information.

  • Provide feedback and input to script development.

  • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships through the Digital Marketing.

  • Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.

  • Maintaining and updating customer databases.

  • Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.

  • Managing budgets.

  • Evaluating marketing campaigns.

  • Monitoring competitor activity.

  • Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.

  • Recommend marketing techniques and tactics based on changing business demands.

  • Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.

  • Refrain from any fraud practices to abide with company defined Rules, policies and procedures.

  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as writing the monthly,

    weekly and daily reports.

  • Attend team meeting/trainings and sharing best practice with colleagues.

  • Support company’s activity through Social Media campaigns and through other tools of Digital Marketing

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired.
  • Well-organized and detail oriented.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent.
  • Leadership skills and team management.

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical skills.

  • Creativity, flexibility.

  • The capacity to work under pressure.

  • Strong presentation skills and Negotiation skills.
