Job Description
- Manage the implementation of the annual Division plan and ensure objectives achievement in line with established plans.
- Provide direction to subordinates and support in the achievement of their job requirements through managing performance, motivation, provision of appraisals and other formal and informal feedback in order to ensure a positive work climate that maximizes subordinate and Division performance.
- Develop and submit for approval the division budget ensuring that adequate provision made for all activities and maintain budgetary cost control within the division to achieve cost effectiveness.
- Direct the process of managing relationships with direct and indirect sales channels and follow-up reports on the sales funnel development.
- Direct the identification and development of a network of strategic customer contacts and opinion leaders relevant to the business area in order to build long lasting profitable relationships and promote THE COMPANY’s interests.
- Ensure the review, short-listing and contracting of sales agents and follow up on sales agents’ targets and compensation, to ensure that the proper channel and incentives are in place to achieve sales objectives.
- Ensure meeting sales targets within the targeted time-frame, to ensure alignment of actual sales to overall targets.
- Ensure consistently providing market intelligence and propose ‘unique selling points’ for proposed project ideas in order to bridge the market knowledge gap.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Management / Administration – sales focus
Minimum Experience:
- 10 - 15 years of experience in real estate sales/rental experience, including quantitative aspects of pricing metrics.
- Managerial experience of people/team - preferably within a matrix organization
Job-Specific Skills:
- Excellent command over English
- Computer skills
- Knowledge in pricing strategies
- In depth knowledge of real estate market segments and what drives demand and supply in key segments
- External customer orientation
