Job Description
- Implement the Investment process and standards by studying and analyzing suitable opportunities in the Development/Real Estate sector.
- Study new investment opportunities in alignment to THE COMPANY’s strategic objectives.
- Gather information and analyze market trends and competitors to assist in supporting future strategic direction of the company.
- Assist in creating feasibility studies and prepare valuation/feasibility and other Real Estate business related modelling.
- Assist in creating feasibility and cost/benefit analysis for evaluating different opportunities and options.
- Assist in acquiring of all potential investments. (Acquisitions, Joint Ventures…etc) and follow on financial & legal due diligence process on potential transactions.
- Analyze multiple regional sectors in the market and existing economic trends.
- Build and maintain valuation models and macro-economic information.
- Generate investment ideas and report them to the department head.
- Analyze current and prospective investor’s information, identify any issues of concern, and provide recommendations for action.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance
Minimum Experience:
- 7-13 years of Experience in Finance/Investment or related experience
Job-Specific Skills:
- Knowledge of finance and financial analysis & financial management
- Results-oriented with excellent planning and organizational ability
- Good command of the English and Arabic language (spoken and written) and strong communication and presentation skills
