Job Description
- Handling Indoor Sales.
- Handling Online Sales.
- Entering every single purchase data on the software system.
- Printing and Sticking Prices Labels on the new products.
- Updating stock’s prices according to the market prices’ changes.
- Placing orders with the existing suppliers to constantly replenish the stock.
- Identify new items/suppliers in the domain of activity by closely monitoring the market.
- Making the necessary sale invoices at the end of each month.
- Make Sure all the non-cash sales are properly paid at the end of each month.
- Helping in the preparation of taxes’ documents and statements at the end of the financial year.
- Showing true endeavor to learn about the sold products’ technical details and, thus, being able to assist the shop seller while fulfilling clients’ needs (if needed).
- Periodically analyzing sales performance (by sector & by supplier) and advise promotions on specific items.
- Ensuring no expired or defective products are sold inside the shop.
- Posting daily/weekly posts on FB, Instagram and other social media networks and reply to the customer's comments/messages.
- Assisting in the preparation of advertising materials.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English Language.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Creativity (required to arrange attractive display windows according to different occasions).
- Having an experience in the domain of the stationery and art materials is not a must but surely an advantage.
