Job Description

  • Ensure an excellent product quality and, by adhering to and continuously improving the defined processes, ensure an efficient and economic production process on the basis of the predetermined planning.
  • Ensure the optimal daily production in the plant according to time-, cost- and quality-related specifications and in consideration of the optimal capacity utilization.
  • Show compliance with the production and filling order in coordination with Disposition.
  • Participate in recording and checking production processes according to existing optimization and standardization potentials (KVP) together with the superior.
  • Participate in preparing the performance analysis and derive measures in case of assessed divergences. Ensure their implementation in accordance with the executive manager.
  • Implement the internal and legal specifications and guidelines concerning hygiene, HACCP, food and work safety and environmental protection. In case of variation in quality, decision-making with Quality and executive manager.
  • Ensure a clear exchange of all important information within shift change.
  • Operate production machines by means of automatic control and adjust productions to product-specific parameters (e.g. brix and acid) according to the daily production plan and the observance of time parameters.
  • Process raw and semi-finished products according to the recipe and the manufacturing and operating instruction and provide it for other departments.
  • Take samples and conduct quality controls, if necessary forward the results to Quality.
  • Conduct the CIP cleaning.

Working Conditions:

  • 8 Working Hours/ 3 Rotational shifts.
  • Work Location: 6th of October.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Chemistry/ Agriculture preferably (Food processing and Food Technology Majors).
  • 1-3 years of experience in Food Industry.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Very good Communication skills.
