About the Job

Main Job Duties:

  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Provide help-desk support and resolve problems to the customers.
  • Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings.
  • Install, test and configure new workstations & Laptops, peripheral equipment, and software.
  • Report issues to the manager for escalation.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field.
  • Good Command English Language.
  • Communication Skills.
