Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Brand manager who can build and deliver the Weber Egypt business plan. He or She will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and you will generate strategies that grow market share and brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and distribution strategies to make Weber the number 1 BBQ brand in Egypt
  • Build, lead and develop a team and that will deliver on the business goals
  • Facilitate training and coaching to the team
  • Deliver sales tools and facilitate training for the retail sales team
  • Measure and report performance and agreed KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Lead marketing and advertising activities and complying to Weber standards
  • Set customer service standards

Job Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and branding field
  • Retail
  • Minimum 3 years of experience at a management level
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with premium products
  • Excellent command of English Language
  • Drive for results and leaderships skills
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of box
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
