- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Adhering to telesales department’s KPIS standards
- To contact potential customers according to present outbound campaigns.
- To achieve individual telesales and revenue targets and exceed within set deadlines.
- To constantly be fully aware of company product knowledge , business rules , campaign activity and process
- Meet weekly and monthly performance benchmarks in speed, accuracy and volume.
- To actively contribute, participate and work effectively towards attaining telesales team business goals
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s or associates degree a plus
- 1-3 years experience in a sales related role, preferably in telesales
- Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Fluent in English language
- Personable and friendly tone of voice
- Ability to follow scripts without sounding mechanical
- Ability to handle being rejected and remain calm and collected
