Contistahl group is one of the leading kitchens manufacturing companies in the Middle-East , is hiring a Showrooms Manager " Sales Director"
- The Showrooms Manager will be responsible for the 8 showrooms
- The Showrooms Manager is making sure that all the showrooms are always up to the standards
- Sales training
- Understand all the different competitors in the market
- Keep the sales designers in all showrooms energized and motivated in order to lead the team to meet monthly sales targets.
- Provide productive feedback to Sales team
Job Requirements
- Experience in managing Furniture showrooms is a Must.
- Relevant Bachelor Degree in Engineering background is preferable.
- Experience Needed: not less than 10 years’ experience
- Minimum 5 years in a Managerial Role is a Must
- Good taste in furniture and kitchens colors.
