We are looking for a proactive, ambitious and commercially orientated lead generation specialist to join one of the hottest start-ups around.

This is an exciting time to join the team, we’re looking for someone that we can build an exceptional team around.

This position makes outbound calls to prospects hosts. They also handle inbound calls from prospects guests or hosts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Call new leads derived from lists, referrals and advertising programs.
  • Answer inbound calls.
  • Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past.
  • Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.
  • Maintain records of customer accounts and contacts.
  • Set appointments for Business Development Manager for solution discussion with qualified leads. You can participate in the business development meetings yourself when assigned.
  • Use email & social media accounts to correspond with leads to follow up and/or to confirm bookings and availability.
  • Perform administrative functions and update client accounts.
  • Assist with trade shows and special events to promote the company and increase brand awareness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an adequate field.
  • Advanced social media and computer skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.
  • Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call.
  • Handle rejection well; move on to the next call quickly.
  • Self-confidence
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to work independently.
  • You’ll be comfortable working as a one-man band or playing your part in a team.
  • Telemarketing/phone sales experience is a plus.
  • An experienced traveler with a passion to visit new places is preferable.
