He/ She will be accountable to plan, organize, and evaluate the business development and marketing activities for the group of companies and to meet an agreed annual target of contracts according to the corporate’s growth plan.
Ability to work unsocial hours, including evenings or weekends, on occasion when the need arises and is flexible to the needs of the post.
Willingness to travel throughout the country and internationally.

Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders both internal and external.
10+ years’ experience in management, marketing or business studies in construction Field, with successful proven record of accomplishment in marketing and business development for engineering construction business.
Detailed knowledge of marketing and new business development techniques in Egypt.
Strong database in the construction market.
Experience of working closely with a Board of Directors.
Demonstrable and competent knowledge and usage of IT systems including the full Microsoft Office suite.
Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
