Job Description
- Reporting to the HR Supervisor, the IT Recruiter will be a key part of the dynamic Recruitment team, recruiting and managing mid to senior level professionals for our multinational and large regional clients in Germany, KSA, Qatar and UAE.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for pre-screening, selecting (basic and competency based), interviewing, tracking and overall candidate management for specific recruitment assignments
- Formulate and manage international recruitment assignments, from Recruitment Campaigns to specific client Recruitment.
- Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to Client expectation
- Have an active Client facing role, while supporting the Business Development team in developing our Key Accounts and Growth Accounts
- Responsible for client and candidate communication throughout all assignments
- Liaise with HR team to develop and implement relevant attraction plans for each recruitment assignment
- Candidate research, database mining and networking calls
- Meet and exceed personal revenue targets

Person Specification:
- Degree qualified – a HR related degree or professional qualification is considered beneficial
- A minimum of 3 years relevant recruitment experience, preferably within an IT/Telecommunication industry.
- Friendly character with a sense of humor is a plus.
