Role and Responsibilities:
General:
- Order processing
- Support sales team
- General administrative tasks
- Telephone service reception
Tasks In Details:
- Accept all types of calls: orders, requests,
- Preparation of offers based on customer requests
- Maintenance of customer and product master data
- Order-related customer and vendor correspondence
- Ordering goods for the warehouse from the manufacturing plants
- Creation of order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices
- Delivery and price inquiries to the manufacturing plants
- Disclosure of price and delivery information to customers
- Preparation of returns at the central warehouse and the
- Manufacturing plants in consultation with the QMB
- Creating vendor declarations and certificates of origin
- Preparation of stock control lists
- Posting and controlling the goods receipt in the business system
- Processing and distribution of incoming mail
- Execution of the general correspondence
- QM tasks (administrative part)
- Key-Account (administrative part)
- Complaints management
- Creating Seminar documents
- Business organization, including hotel reservations and flight bookings.
- Contract award for maintenance work in consultation with GL
- Ordering office supplies
