Job Description
- Check the daily income.
- Review the Attendance of all staff.
- Check the cleanliness of the Branch.
- Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and customers.
- Achieve sales target and projected profit with coordination with the team.
- Operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies.
- Communicate personally with customers and resolve their complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Make sure that all the equipment is working properly and to take the necessary action in case of any abnormal.
- Ensures the branch is opened and closed on a timely basis.
- Coordinates and plans the administrative functions.
- Evaluates existing administrative or operational behaviors, practices, and techniques and recommends improvements.
- Training employees; assigning, directing work and evaluates performance besides, addressing their complaints and resolving their problems.
- Reports problems that have a significant impact on the overall goals of the company to the customer care department.
- Analyzes his department’s financial information with the accounting department on monthly basis.
- Assists staff in completing workload assignments (If necessary).
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Harvest policies and applicable house rules.
- Coordinates with other departments all current students related tasks and approves any students’ requests or refunds.
- Ensures the administrative staff is fully prepared with materials, tools and equipment backups for any emergencies.
- Conducts an orientation for new classes and surveys for current classes to evaluate the instructor, environment and any other matters.
Job Requirements
- Presentable.
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Proven branch management experience,
- BS of Business Administration field
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once.
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
- Max Age 35
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis: Max 10 o'clock.
- Must have a laptop
- Must have a Car
Managerial skills:
- Candidate should have effective customer service management practices with at least 2 years of experience as a manager or a supervisor.
- The ability to lead, monitor, train and develop different types of people.
- Candidate must be an excellent user of MS office tools.
- Candidate must be good in English with excellent business writing skills.
