Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and solve technical problems.
- Collaboratively work with others to solve system issues.
- Support deployment of software into various test environments.
- Work together with Support, Development and QA engineers to troubleshoot and resolve escalated production issues.
- Automate/script build and deployment processes in an Agile CI environment.
- Troubleshoot issues with builds and deployment and offer solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience configuring, managing and deploying InstallShield executables a must.
- Experience using Microsoft .NET.
- Experience using Powershell.
- Prior experience with software configuration management, version control systems, software packaging, and installation.
- Familiarity with contemporary software engineering tools and best practices.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn from your work and from those around you.
- Ability to solve problems and generalize what you have learned.
- Self-motivation and time-management skills.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves in a cooperative team environment.
