Job Description
- Liaise between sales department and Sales Management
- Coordinate with the sales representatives receiving their daily reports, and follow up the data gathered from them
- Receive daily reports from sales and follow up with it
- Make sure to update the Previous Work Sheet.
- Build a database for all customers who have been dealt with and update it
- Weekly follow up all kinds of social media (facebook, linkedin, website, youtube) in coordination with Sales Manager.
- Follow-up and coordination of different types of Marketing for the company, including magazines, exhibitions and electronic marketing in coordination with the sales management
- Send a daily report to the Sales Manager of the accomplished mission.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
- Develop monthly content along with third party
- Responsible for inviting people to different social platforms (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and Twitter).
- Responsible for daily ads on different social platforms (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and Twitter).
- Responsible for community management including posting, replying and tracking insights.
- Responsible for all social media and digital channels leads.
- Track leads through digital channels and report number of leads to CEO.
- Provide weekly reports that include leads tracking activity with full analysis included the feedback and interaction of each digital function.
- Regular update from Sales Department regarding unit launch to track customer interaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any related field.
- Proven track of the same field is a MUST
- Strong communication skills.
- Good to Excellent command of English.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to learn.
- Preferred residents of surrounding area.
- Males/ Females.
