  • System installation & configuration
  • Quickly find workarounds to customer live issues, and pass to dev-team details
  • Build proper documentation as User Guide and Troubleshoot Guide
  • Interface with clients (Training, Requirements Collection)
  • Monitoring System health
  • Qualify system quality with QA team
Job Requirements
  • Graduate of Computer-Science / Computer-Engineering or related grade (fresh or experienced) is a MUST
  • Very good knowledge of working with SQL is a MUST
  • Communication skills
  • Very good command of English
  • Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
  • Advanced level working with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Charts ... etc) is a plus
  • Software Development background (.NET, Web) is a plus
  • Awareness of Software development life-cycle is a plus
  • Hardware knowledge is a plus
  • Organized, flexible and able to manage several tasks
  • Ability to work under stress
  • 28 years old at most
